According to 2006 Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidance, XELODA continues to be eligible for Part B coverage in oncology. The patient co-payment responsibility remains 20% of the total billed amount. Claims should continue to be submitted to the appropriate Medicare Contractor for processing
